The Blacktown City Pet Festival is an initiative of Blacktown Council’s Animal Holding Facility (AHF). The AHF delivers a valuable service to the community by providing a safe place for lost animals to be kept whilst trying to reunite them with their family, or re-home them.

The Pet Festival is an opportunity for local pet organisations and businesses to showcase their causes, products and services in a fun, pet-friendly environment. Animal Rescue Groups, Veterinarians and Animal Care Professionals will also be on hand at the event providing information and answering any of your pet-related questions.

This years main arena will feature the Doglympics- a fun and interactive opportunity for owners and their pets to test their agility skills. Also on the day are demonstrations from the Blacktown Kennel Club and Bungarribee Dog Pack, as well as educational talks by Farmer Dave, Rick the Dog Man and Dr David Horan.

The Blacktown City Annual Pet Festival is a perfect family fun day! Gather the kids, animals and join us for a great day of pets and fun for the whole family!
