Mad Paws’ Dog Easter Egg Hunt 2018

Sydney pups and their two-legged plus ones are invited to Mad Paws’ Dog Easter Egg Hunt, courtesy of Mad Paws, Australia’s largest pet sitting network, on Saturday 17th March, from 10am – 2pm at Sydney Park.

This year is bigger than ever with special guests, games, prizes, activities and a free dental ‘check and chat’ with some of the best vets in the business!

To begin, guests can meet Sydney’s dog whisperer Ron Baruch, who captivates pups and teaches their owners how to communicate effectively with their furry friend. He will teach pup parents how to avoid unwanted behaviours through play and learn obedience training and will be offering one-on-one Q&A sessions for those that need a little extra help at hand.

Dog lovers can then enjoy an agility course competition where dogs get to test out their balance and coordination. The competition will be judged by a panel of experts, who will hand out prizes for the best performance including most mischievous, most creative pup, and the quickest dog! Don’t worry if your best friend misses out because there’ll be plenty of games with prizes to win throughout the day including a ‘best dressed’ competition!

For those pups that are more concerned with their pout, than their performance, Mad Paws is welcoming dogs to attend in their favourite outfits to stand out from the crowd. There will be a ‘pawtrait’ artist and a photo corner with photographers capturing you and your pooch’s best side, for a gorgeous Easter momento.

The adorable event is hosted by Mad Paws, Australia’s largest pet sitting network, that connects pet sitters and dog walkers with busy, local pet parents. The Easter party will also host a variety of stalls and workshops including products for pets, organic treats and ‘pupcakes’, a doggy first aid workshop, face painting for kids and even massages!

Why not bring down a picnic or enjoy some treats at the park kiosk at this free event to remember. By coming down you will also be supporting Maggie’s Rescue, the no kill animal welfare charity and saying a big THANK YOU to your best friend with this party of a lifetime!
